Job Description 
Norstella is looking for a Sales Development Representative as part of our high-growth Commercial team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, and through tactical execution of account based marketing campaigns and activities. 
To be successful in this role, you will use your communication and collaboration skills to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers and Norstella’s Account Executives.  If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you to launch your sales career. 
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth. 
  • Generate interest in Norstella products by relentlessly prospecting via phone, email, and social applications
  • Identify and document prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities to foster long-term business relationships
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to support sales events and other marketing activities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for the sales team
  • Continuously learn and adapt to achieve success on a collaborative team
  • Partner with marketing to accelerate account based demand generation and ensure success of marketing campaigns, events and conferences

Additional Information
BA/BS Degree required
Prior success in a sales development or business development role not required, but a plus
Experience in a sales or marketing capacity a plus

Travel: As required, 25 to 30%

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
