In this role as a Junior Office Administrator Apprentice (18-months fixed term contract), you will be part of a global and dynamic Corporate Services team. Our definition of Corporate Services includes office management, travel, internal events, executive support, and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG).

In this role as a Junior Office Administrator Apprentice you will report into the Head of Corporate Services and you will provide front of house duties in our London office, while also supporting the Corporate Services and HR department with some aspects of the back office, which may include working with Norstella on a global basis.
This is a varied and internal client facing role, therefore we are looking for someone who is proactive in nature as no two days are the same.
This role also includes an Apprenticeship Qualification as a Business Administrator. The Level 3 qualification will give you skills in IT, Planning & organisation, Project Management, Business Fundamentals, Professionalism and Adaptability. During the qualification's 18 months, we will support you in the practical application of the learning topics and help you demonstrate these applications to achieve this qualification. Learning in the flow of work is the best way to apply knowledge and new skills and this Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification is a great boost to your transferable skill set.
