Pharma Ignite Team
Pharma Ignite is the marketing services division of Citeline. It provides custom lead generation, brand awareness, and market intelligence campaigns for a wide range of business within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and pharmacy sectors. The team also runs marketing campaigns for Citeline’s industry awards ceremonies and events.

Role Purpose

The role of the Marketing Programme Manager is; 

  • To identify all the tasks that need to be completed to deliver on a marketing campaign 
  • To strategically collaborate with appropriate cross-functional team members and the customer to get the tasks fulfilled on time, within budget, and meeting the customer Statement of Work
  • To ensure the customer and the project team are communicated with effectively in terms of production updates and campaign results

Key Responsibilities  

  • Leading and influencing internal project resources across sales, marketing, editorial and design to ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget and meeting the customer requirements. Procuring vendors and other partners where relevant for programme delivery 
  • Assisting sales and editorial with programme scoping and programme development 
  • Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring clarity of programme deliverables at the outset of each programme 
  • Reporting programme KPIs to the project team and to the customer 
  • Building and managing a project plan and timeline for every programme delivered, including managing multiple programmes/deliverables for individual clients 
  • Own communications with the end client and the project team concerning the progress of the campaign, and the campaign KPIs 
  • Manage the needs of all stakeholders involved, and ensure a smooth implementation of the projects throughout all stages 
  • Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders – so that you are viewed as the go-to person for all their programme delivery needs 
  • Escalating programme and market-level issues to Marketing Services management in a timely and accurate manner

Skills and Experience  

To be considered for this you should have: 

  • An understanding of marketing processes and procedures 
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a can-do attitude 
  • An obsession with customer value, customer experience and managing client expectations 
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail 
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house environment managing multiple marketing campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of digital and print marketing channels\

Knowledge and Qualifications   

  • Minimum 3 years in a marketing programme/campaign and/or project management or a similar role 
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Marketing automation platform experience (ideally Eloqua, but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communicator, problem solver, self-starter, analytical
