Responsibilities:
- Assisting in Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers and team members to develop, test, and maintain software applications. Contribute to coding tasks, feature enhancements, and bug fixes under supervision.
- Learning and Skill Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of software development practices, programming languages, and development tools. Seek guidance from mentors and team members to improve coding proficiency and problem-solving abilities.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in writing and executing test cases to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met. Participate in code reviews and debugging sessions to learn best practices and quality assurance techniques.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document software designs, development processes, and test results to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to team members and stakeholders.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor analysis to stay updated on developments in the field of software development. Analyze software requirements and specifications to understand project objectives and identify potential solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to understand project requirements and contribute to project planning and execution. Communicate effectively with team members to share ideas, ask questions, and seek feedback.
- Adherence to Processes and Standards: Follow established software development processes, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability of code. Adhere to project deadlines and deliverables to support project timelines and goals.
- Professional Development: Take initiative to seek learning opportunities, attend training sessions, and participate in workshops or seminars to further develop technical skills and industry knowledge. Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and set goals for personal and professional growth.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Embrace new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow as a software development professional.

Qualifications:
- Education: Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates should be in their junior or senior year of undergraduate studies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in software development, such as Java, Python, Nodejs, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.
