The Role:
As an intern in our Commercial Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects related to our go-to-market strategy and operationalization training. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience, develop essential skills, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that drive business growth.
The Commercial team is comprised of mainly customer-facing roles, that are responsible for organically growing the organization via:
- selling Norstella’s ecosystem of products and services,
- providing technical expertise during the sales process
- expanding and managing existing clients,
- ensuring clients are utilizing our products and services effectively,
- and other roles / functions that are growth focused.
The Commercial Enablement team is part of Commercial Operations at Norstella, and provides the Commercial organization with information, content, and tools to be more efficient and effective in engaging the customer along the buying journey. We strive for continuous improvement by being data driven, powered by technology, and customer centric.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration of Norstella Learn -our commercial learning management system, including content uploads and conducting reporting analysis to expedite the delivery of materials to our Commercial Sales teams.
- Managing Commercial content through Highspot by reviewing and consolidating content for efficiency and timely updates.
- Developing user guides to enhance Systems user guidance, aligning them with commercial processes, and converting existing resources into new formats.
- Identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements to streamline our workflows and enhance the effectiveness of our commercial teams.
- Exploring data analysis opportunities to support reporting needs and contribute to projects for key stakeholders to derive actional insights.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and support process improvement initiatives, such as optimizing email distribution lists.
- Utilizing project management tools like Monday.com to establish systematic tracking mechanisms for work efforts across the Commercial Enablement team.
- And all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and motivation to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
