Responsibilities:  
  • Create data engineering pipelines to load Norstella core entities and ontologies data into AWS OpenSearch 
  • Collaborate with our data engineering team to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on AWS using services such as Amazon S3, Glue, Airflow and Snowflake 
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of data workflows in Snowflake, including data loading, transformations, and querying. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. 
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner. 
  • Contribute to the documentation of data processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures. 
  • And other duties as assigned.  
Qualifications: 
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures. 
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, particularly AWS services. 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management systems. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • Experience with Python, Apache Airflow a plus 
  • Experience with AWS OpenSearch or Elastic search a plus 
  • Previous coursework or projects involving data engineering, ETL processes, or cloud technologies.  
  • Exposure to Snowflake or other data warehouse platforms 
Location: US East Coast Preferred
