Job Description
In this Junior Anatomist role you will be supporting the business strategy, product vision and implementation of new products and solutions. You will be responsible for the organisation and building of products and solutions. A specialist subject matter, market and product knowledge is essential to this role, helping to deliver Primal’s end product vision and strategy. In this role as Junior Anatomist, you will be working closely with the product management, graphics, technical and marketing teams to support the delivery of the Primal Product roadmap to develop and grow the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Detailed below are the key results areas and the main activities and responsibilities they include.
Product build and delivery
- Creating content; including text, videos and images, ensuring content adheres to required standards.
- Liaising with the graphics and programming departments to ensure production deliverables meet end-customer requirements.
- Work closely with product team to ensure the product build, integration and organization of content is efficient, and aligns with a consistent brand and look.
- Project champion – driving forward and ensuring the smooth running of projects that you are accountable for.
Subject matter expert and consultancy
- Responsible for fact checking, proof reading, copy editing, image review, and sense checking of all content.
- Provide expert anatomy and physiology consultancy to all production teams to find solutions to specific issues and help fulfil their production responsibilities to the required standard.
- Communicate ideas about new or improved product to the internal team and externally.
Research - Close liaison with the Product Manager to research new product features, and support development and delivery of the Primal Product roadmap.
- Comprehensive understanding of market, product and customer knowledge in order to influence product development and growth of the business
Key Requirements
- BSc (honours) in Anatomy or Biomedical sciences with a major in Anatomy or Physiology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience and knowledge in scientific writing and analysis
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work autonomously where required
- Ability to keep teams focused and motivated to achieve individual and wider business objectives
- Experienced in data collection, extraction and analysis
