MMIT believes that patients who need life-saving treatments should not face delays because accessing drugs can be confusing. MMIT’s expert teams of clinicians, data specialists and market researchers provide clarity and confidence so that our clients can make better decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and market trends.

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and drive product enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply agile principles in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage product development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Preferred:
  • Background in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience using SQL or other data access tools to enable self-discovery of data.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and regulatory bodies.
At Norstella, we value innovation, collaboration, and a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare industry. If you are a motivated and results-oriented Product Owner with a background in Market Access, we invite you to join our talented team and contribute to our mission of improving patient access to quality healthcare solutions.
