Job Description

At Scrip/Pink Sheet, part of Citeline, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reporter to be based in China to join our international editorial team and become part of an industry-leading pharma, medtech and consumer health intelligence business.

Our dedicated team of writers based in countries around the world collaborate around the clock to keep our subscribers up to date, not just on what’s happening in the pharma industry, but what it means for them. You’d be joining a title with a 50-year reputation for in-depth news and analysis and a wealth of journalistic experience, industry knowledge and high-level contacts.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for hunting down the ‘so what?’ of a story, who wants to uncover the angles that will matter to a specialized readership, and who relishes the opportunity to build in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the biotech and pharma industry.

Can you unearth the real story behind a company press release? Pick up the phone to business leaders, scientific experts and investment analysts and ask the questions that really matter? Complement your writing with compelling charts and graphs? Scour databases and speak to analyst colleagues to generate original content? Network and build contacts while turning around timely reports from a scientific or industry conference? Research and write a feature on an important area of pharmaceutical development? Develop new formats for presenting valuable information? Then we want to hear from you.

Join the China editorial team for Scrip/Pink Sheet and lead the news agenda reporting on and analysing developments in the global pharmaceutical industry.
