Job Description

Skipta is seeking a Drupal Content Manager that will oversee the operations, development, and implementation of sponsored promotional assets across Skipta social media communities for healthcare professionals. The Program Coordinator will report directly to the Production Manager and is responsible for account support and timely execution of assigned programs. Programs include building online assets, such as digital media in-stream posts, micro-sites, advertisements, and surveys, for promotion and research in the healthcare and life science industry.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate asset set-up, quality assurance testing, and go-live approvals for all sponsored materials
  • Perform regular QA/QC checks of Skipta’s online platform, functionalities and sponsor’s individual program components for the duration of the program
  • Complete regular tracking of all program assets through the program life cycle, including support documentation
  • Serve as main POC for developing, refining, and troubleshooting the operational and technological aspects required to execute on sponsored campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams such as Technology, Client Solutions, Delivery and Analytics to ensure successful delivery of all client programs as aligned with client expectations
  • Ability to assist with client approval submissions of sponsored materials
  • Educate and communicate requirements to internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assist building HTML emails, including the import of advertising tags into source code, all within marketing automation tools
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or comparable work experience
•    2-5 years of experience working in Digital Marketing Operations
•    Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is a plus
•    Proficient with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
•    Knowledge of DoubleClick, Google Analytics Tag Manager, and other online advertising trends and technologies
•    Must have experience with Content Management System (CMS); Drupal is a plus
•    Experience with Email Marketing platforms such as Maropost, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Litmus
•    Coordination & management of digital asset inventory and associated campaigns
•    Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
•    Ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion
•    Excellent written and communication skills
•    Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
