Job description
Skipta is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who designs, develops, and implements customized solutions supporting digital media specific for healthcare professional audiences (ie doctors, nurses, pharmacists and psychiatrists). The types of development responsibility include database maintenance, reports and query automation, backend customization of workflow templates, API linking and integration of SF automation applications supporting Skipta’s Advertiser Delivery Team unique needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Provide Skipta’s technical email delivery support
Creating and customizing Marketing Cloud solutions using tools like Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, and others to meet client requirements.
Integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms (such as CRM systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud) to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
Designing and implementing automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys using Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, conceptualize and communicate highly detailed technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Set up and configure Mobile Connect to create SMS/MMS campaigns, and manage opt-ins/outs
Develop and manage push notification campaigns using email and mobile text within Marketing Cloud for targeted and personalized outreach.
Proactively assist with identifying efficiencies, improvements, or added functionality in each iteration of Skipta’s marketing services life cycle.
Apply software development best practices for optimization, change management, deployment, documentation, and collaboration
Produce strategic solutions involving configuration, creation and refinement of complex data models, external integration, business process automation, and other custom functionality.
Provide development support, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other members of the Delivery and Engineering teams.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience providing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Development, including developing email campaigns and maintaining Marketing Applications.
Experience developing HTML email templates, SFMC templates & components, landing pages, scripting, and interacting with the SFMC API using REST and SOAP methods.
Strong developer skills using AmpScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS, JavaScript and SQL
Cross-cloud competency as demonstrated by additional certifications or badges.
Commitment to maintaining solution quality and performance.
Continuous learning to deliver innovative solutions that drive business success
Knowledge of ad servers such as Google Ad Manager and Kevel a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
