Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Software Tester with hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML utilities into test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate has actively worked with AI-driven testing tools or implemented machine learning-based solutions to improve testing processes within the last year.
This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of intelligent testing within our organization, with a strong focus on test optimization, defect prediction, self-healing test frameworks, and intelligent test data generation.

Responsibilities
Test Automation Development: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts
- Work with tools like Functionize, with AI plugins, or custom ML models for enhancing test coverage and efficiency
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks integrated with AI/ML components.
- Implement or enhance AI utilities such as self-healing locators, visual testing, predictive analytics, or intelligent defect clustering.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate AI/ML tools within CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze large volumes of test data to identify patterns, improve test coverage, and reduce defect leakage using AI techniques.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI-powered testing tools and provide recommendations for adoption.
- API Testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured to verify endpoint functionality, response times, and error handling.
- Database Testing: Validate data integrity through database testing, including writing and executing complex SQL queries to ensure accuracy and consistency within databases like SQL Server and Snowflake.
- Integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Functional Testing: Conduct in-depth functional and nonfunctional testing to ensure applications work as expected in various user scenarios.
- Develop and implement testing strategies that leverage AI techniques to ensure thorough coverage across functional, performance, API, and database testing domains.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure a high standard of quality is maintained. Mentor junior team members and share best practices for test automation.
- Cloud Experience: Leverage cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS to ensure testing and deployment environments are robust and scalable.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing with strong knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI-based automation tools like Functionize
- 1+ year of hands-on experience working with AI/ML-based testing tools or utilities (VS Code)
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, Gemini) and prompt design techniques.
- Ability to experiment, test, and iterate to find optimal prompt formats and structures.
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries for validating data and performing comprehensive database testing.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
- Strong experience with SQL Server and Snowflake for database validation.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS.
- Exposure to implementing AI features such as Self-healing test scripts, Visual validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
