Job Description

Norstella is looking for a Sales Development Representative as part of our high-growth Commercial team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential pharmaceutical and life science customers across China.
 
To be successful in this role, you will use your communication and collaboration skills to grow exceptional relationships with potential pharmaceutical and life science customers and Norstella’s Strategic Accounts team. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, this is the perfect role for you which will provide progression opportunities. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in Norstella products by contacting potential clients via phone, email, and social applications
  • Identify and document potential clients’ needs, expectations and priorities to create long-term business relationships
  • Conduct outbound campaigns to support sales events and other marketing activities
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities for sales team
  • Continuously learn and adapt to achieve success on a collaborative team
 

Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who:
  • Has experience in a sales or marketing capacity 
  • Has a university degree
  • Determined to contact potential customers via phone, email and social channels
  • Works collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
  • Manages time effectively, adopts new tools, and continuously improves
  • Operate with urgency, unwavering persistence, and a passion for getting the job done
