Job description 

Norstella is seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior Product Manager with a background in Market Access and Pharmaceutical Therapy Commercialization to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovative products in the pharmaceutical industry. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of our market-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for your assigned set of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
  • Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and drive product enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders and clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry regulations, and market access challenges to inform product decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in Market Access and Therapy Commercialization within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Three to five years of experience working with Real World Data (Lab, EMR, Open Claims, Closed Claims) with an understanding of how those data assets should be leveraged across commercialization use cases
  • Proven experience in managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ability to apply agile principles in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage product development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
